Mexican club Club América reports that during training, their player Bruna Vilamala suffered an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in her left knee and will undergo surgery.
The recovery time will depend on her progress. It's third ACL injury in Vilamala's career. the previous one was in October 2021. Vilamala previously played for Brighton in WSL and Barcelona in spanish Liga F.
