Ana Belén Hernández Rodríguez, commonly known as Anita Hernández, is a Spanish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga F team Espanyol.

Her full name is Ana Belén Hernández Rodríguez but she is known as "Anita".
She began her senior career at Peña Rociera in the 2007–2008 season, followed by stints at Sevilla FC (2008–2009) and CD Híspalis (2009–2010).
She spent nearly a decade at Sporting de Huelva, becoming a key player in the midfield.
She was part of the Sporting de Huelva team that won the Copa de la Reina in 2015.
Born in Mahón, Menorca, Anita represents the Balearic Islands on the national stage.
She scored the historic 500th goal in Spain’s top women’s league (Liga Iberdrola) with a header just 2 minutes into the match against Madrid CFF in 2017.
She was originally into athletics, but switched to football after filling in for a missing player during a training session. That casual start led to a full career.
