Cindy Mariel Ramos Benítez is a Paraguayan footballer who plays as a midfielder and forward. She has represented Paraguay at both senior and youth international level.

She joined Atlético Mineiro from Paraguayan club Club Olimpia ahead of the 2025 season.
Before moving to Brazil, she won six domestic trophies with Olimpia.
Ramos has represented Paraguay at both senior and U20 level.
Paraguay’s U20 team won the silver medal at the 2022 Bolivarian Games, and Ramos scored in the 3–0 victory over Panama that secured the medal.
She scored a brace for Olimpia in a league win over Guaraní during the 2022 Clausura campaign.
In March 2026, she was named Cartola Feminino Petrobras “Star of the Round” after scoring and producing an outstanding all-round performance for Atlético Mineiro.
