She was part of Brazil’s U17 squad and won the International Tournament of the City of São Paulo with the national team.

Atlético Mineiro credits her as one of the team's main assist providers during their promotion campaign to the Brazilian Série A1.

She was a starter in all 13 league matches for Avaí Kindermann during the 2021 Brasileirão Feminino regular season at the time of that interview.

Bárbara has publicly described Atlético Mineiro and Brazil international left-back Guilherme Arana as her idol.

She even has a tattoo of Arana’s signature on her left leg.

During her first spell with Atlético Mineiro, she won the 2022 Campeonato Mineiro Feminino.
