Ivonne Areli González Rendón is a Mexican footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. She represents Mexico at the youth international level.
Ivonne is a "homegrown" talent for Chivas, having been born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, the very city she represents professionally.
She made her professional debut for Chivas at the age of 17 in a match against Mazatlán, a club that she considers "special" because it marked the beginning of her senior career.
She suffered a major career setback in late 2024 when a knee injury forced her to withdraw from the Mexico squad for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Colombia.
She was part of the Mexican U-20 team that secured a historic victory over the United States in the 2023 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship final.
