Joseline Montoya Rodríguez is a Mexican footballer who plays as a winger. She represents Mexico at the senior international level.
She is affectionately known by the nickname "Jos" by her teammates and fans.
Her professional career nearly ended before it began; she signed with Chivas in 2018 but tore her ACL just before the season started, forcing her to wait nine months for her debut.
She etched her name into the record books in April 2021 by scoring a hat-trick against Monterrey, handing the "Rayadas" the biggest defeat in their club's history at the time (5–0).
She describes the Estadio Akron as her "home" and has stated in interviews that returning to Chivas was a decision driven by her heart and family roots.
