Lany Mia Bäcker is a German footballer who plays as a defender for Frauen-Bundesliga club SGS Essen.
She began her football career at TuS Witten Stockum in her hometown.
She later played for Hombrucher SV in Dortmund, competing alongside boys’ teams until 2024.
For the 2024/25 season, she moved up to SGS Essen’s second team in the Regionalliga West.
On April 2, 2024, she signed her first professional contract with SGS Essen.
Internationally, she has played for both Germany’s U16 and U17 national teams.

Her goal is to play football in Spain someday.
