Miriã dos Santos Silva is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a forward. She has represented Brazil at U20 level.
A serious ankle injury suffered in 2022 kept her away from competitive action for months and delayed her return until April 2023.
The heartbreak of losing the 2019 Brasileirão Feminino A2 final inspired Miriã to make a promise to herself: one day she would lift a major trophy. When she later won multiple titles with Corinthians, she saw it as the fulfilment of that promise.
Miriã's goal celebration is a tribute to her mother, who is hearing impaired. She calls her family "her pillar, her foundation and her everything."
Miriã's love for football started with her older brother. She followed him to matches as a child and even told her father that she wanted to be just like him.
When she's not on the pitch, Miriã likes spending time in nature, playing board games, swimming and catching up on her favourite TV series.
