Mølgaard made her first-team debut in an August 2024 Danish Cup match against Bolbro.

Her coaches have highlighted her physical strength, work rate and ability to compete in defensive duels, while also describing her as a player with good positional awareness and composure.

Mølgaard's senior promotion came at 18, after several years developing within the Odense youth system.
