Ximena Pérez is a Mexican midfielder who has played in both Mexico and the United States and has competed in NCAA soccer with Central Michigan University.
She played college soccer in the United States with Central Michigan University.
She became the first Mexican-born player in the history of Central Michigan’s women’s soccer program.
Her pathway reflects a cross-border football journey, moving from Mexican youth football into NCAA competition.
One of her most emotional moments came after scoring late in a match, where she said: “It’s unreal… I almost cried,” she said she “blacked out” from adrenaline and barely remembered the moment.
After turning professional, she joined Puebla as part of a goalkeeper group competing for the starting role.
