FC Carl Zeiss Jena is a women's football club based in Jena, Thuringia, and competes in the Bundesliga, the top tier of women's football in Germany. The team is part of the larger FC Carl Zeiss Jena sports club.
While the club had been involved in regional women’s football since the 2016–17 season, it gained greater prominence in 2020 following its merger with FF USV Jena.
