NWSL's Racing Louisville names Caitlyn Flores Milby new General Manager
Racing Louisville FC has officially named Caitlyn Flores Milby as the club's permanent General Manager, following her successful tenure as interim GM. Her contract extends through the 2026 season, with an option for 2027.
Milby's journey with the club began in 2017 as an intern. She advanced to the role of Director of Operations in 2022 before stepping into the interim GM position.
During her interim period, Racing Louisville achieved its best start in team history, holding a 3-3-2 record and tying for eighth place in the NWSL standings, with a game in hand over key competitors.
