Over 6,000 women’s professional footballers worldwide voted to select the 2025 Women’s World 11 — the only global football award decided exclusively by players. 

• Defender Lucy Bronze (England) made history by becoming the first player to appear eight times in the Women’s World 11.
• England, the European champion, is the most-represented nation in the 2025 lineup, with six Lionesses selected.
• For the first time, two African players made the Women’s World 11: Barbra Banda (Zambia) and Ghizlane Chebbak (Morocco).
