Adriana Kristina Leon is a Canadian professional football player who plays as a winger for San Diego Wave and the Canada national team.
She grew up playing football, ice hockey, volleyball and rugby.
She first started figure skating and when she was 10 she had to beg her mother to let her play ice hockey instead.
Leon considered playing both ice hockey and football at university before ultimately deciding to pursue a career in football.
She was four years old when she joined her first football team.
She likes yoga, going to the gym and shopping.
Her favorite football player growing up was Ronaldo.
She says her greatest experience is winning the Olympic gold medal in Tokyo.
Her motto is 'Patience is a virtue'.
