DiDi Haračić

Born in Sarajevo, Haračić moved to the United States at the age of two during the Bosnian War.

Haračić, her mother, and older sister Anja fled Bosnia shortly after her birth and eventually landed in Germany.

DiDi is a founder of stayweird.Productions, a company that is specializing in telling brand stories.

Growing up, DiDi admired NHL goaltender Olie Kölzig, often attending Washington Capitals games with her father.

Haračić is openly gay and has served as an Ambassador for Athlete Ally.

DiDi Haračić is an avid dog lover and proud owner of Dawson, a rescue dog she saved from euthanasia. Dawson, who experiences separation anxiety, has found a loving home with DiDi.

Didi is passionate about photography and videography, frequently sharing a lot of creative content on her social media platforms.

Her father, Izet Haračić, played professional football in Germany and represented Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 1994 Winter Olympics as a bobsledder.

Izet, her dad, coached her youth team, which often led to some disagreements. However, Didi says that is one of the things that brought them closer together.

She spent some time coaching little girls during the time she was playing for Spirit.
