Trinity Armstrong

Her nickname is “T3,” a combination of her first initial and the number that has followed her throughout her life. The number three has several meanings for her: she began playing football at three, is the third child in her family and connects it to the meaning of her name, Trinity.

Her mom is a Christian and places importance on the number three - that's the reason behind the name Trinity.

She has a dog, Mochi, who is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and pit bull mix adopted through the San Diego Humane Society.

Crocheting is one of her favourite ways to relax away from football.

She is a committed napper and bought a large, soft couch specifically suited to sleeping during her downtime.

She grew up playing several sports, but football became her favourite because it gave her the best way to express herself.

If she had not pursued football, she would have chosen volleyball or track. She grew up competing in the 100 metres, 200 metres and 100-metre hurdles, and particularly loved sprinting.
