Clara Bertrand is a French midfielder who plays for RC Lens in France’s Arkema Première Ligue. She is also a France youth international.
She started playing football at age six, first in the school playground and then at AS Chailles-Candé.
She spent two years exploring other sports and activities — swimming, athletics and circus — before returning to football.
She played in a mixed team at Blois Foot 41 until she was 15.
