She is a native of Sète, a port city in southeast France often referred to as the "Venice of Languedoc."
Robert was part of the France U-19 squad that won the 2013 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship.
Before moving to Mexico, Robert spent a combined total of nine seasons with En Avant Guingamp, becoming one of the club's all-time leading scorers.
She has cited the legendary French player Louisa Nécib as one of her early footballing inspirations.
