Cinthya Peraza

She is a native of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, and began her career playing in local amateur leagues before being scouted for the professional level.

Before the professionalization of women's football in Mexico, she was a standout in the Homeless World Cup, scoring 15 goals to lead Mexico to the title in Oslo in 2017.

During her time at Santos Laguna, she became the club's all-time leading appearance maker and goalscorer for the women's team before her departure.

Peraza reached a major career milestone in the 2024/2025 season by surpassing 200 total professional appearances in the Liga MX Femenil.

She was the first female player in the history of Santos Laguna to be nominated for the Liga MX Femenil "Balón de Oro" (Golden Ball) for the 2021-2022 season.

Off the pitch, she is known for her dedication to physical fitness and often shares her gym training routines with her followers on Instagram.

She holds a degree in Physical Education, reflecting her lifelong interest in sports science and coaching.
