In 2019, she ranked sixth in the entire NCAA for save percentage with an impressive mark of .892.
She was named the Top Drawer Soccer National Player of the Week in October 2021 after a crucial penalty kick save preserved a shutout win over Columbia.
Thompson graduated from Brown University with a degree in Health and Human Biology.
She spent one season as a graduate transfer at Utah Tech University, where she set a school record with 13 saves in a single match.
