Belén De Jesús Cruz Arzate is a Mexican midfielder who represented Mexico at the senior international level and has played for Tigres UANL throughout her professional career, winning six Liga MX Femenil titles.
She is affectionately known by the nickname "Pollito" (Little Chicken) by her teammates and fans.
She is a "historic" player for Tigres Femenil, having been part of the squad since the league's inaugural season in 2017.
One of her biggest personal dreams since childhood was to play in a professional league in Mexico, a dream that became reality with the creation of Liga MX Femenil.
She is known for her quiet and humble personality, often letting her performance on the field do the talking.
She faced a significant setback in late 2024 when she suffered a cruciate ligament rupture, sidelining her for nearly a year.
She was part of the generation that won Mexico's first-ever CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship in 2013.
