She began her football journey in the youth ranks of Tiger Academia, where she spent two seasons in the club's U17 setup.
Her professional career started with Foz Cataratas in 2019.
During 2020 she represented both Juventude Timonense and Osasco Audax.
She played for Ipatinga in 2021 before moving to Cruzeiro the following year.
In 2024 she signed for Mixto to compete in the Brasileirão Feminino A2.
She was included in Nacional's squad for the 2025 CONMEBOL Libertadores Femenina.
Joice started for Nacional in the 2025 Uruguayan championship final victory over Peñarol.
That title-winning campaign made her a Uruguayan women's league champion.
In 2026 she returned to Brazil and signed with Juventude ahead of the Brasileirão Feminino Série A1 season.
