Limpia Concepción Fretes Cáceres is a Paraguayan footballer who plays as a right back. She has represented Paraguay at U17, U20 and senior international level.
She represented Paraguay at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup after being selected for the country’s U17 national team in 2016.
Fretes also played for Paraguay’s U20 national team between 2018 and 2020.
She has been a regular member of the Paraguay senior women’s national team since 2018.
Before moving to Brazil, she played club football in Paraguay for Cerro Porteño, Sol de América and Libertad.
Fretes won the Paraguayan championship with Cerro Porteño in 2018.
Fretes was part of the Cruzeiro squad that secured the club’s first-ever qualification for the CONMEBOL Libertadores Femenina.
Fretes said she focuses on providing calmness, unity and leadership within her teams and wants teammates to feel like they are part of a family environment.
