Maiza Santos Piovesan is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a defender, primarily at left back. She was born in Brasil Novo, Pará, Brazil, and has played senior football in Brazil.

At age 16, she was the top scorer of the Campeonato Paraibano Feminino with nine goals in her first three matches for Mixto-PB.

Although she is now primarily a left back, earlier in her career she played in more advanced attacking roles.

Maiza grew up in the state of Pará in northern Brazil, a region that has historically produced far fewer professional women's footballers than Brazil's major football centers in São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul.
