Maria Eduarda Calazans de Faria, known as Duda Calazans, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a midfielder and forward. She has represented Brazil at youth international level and was part of the Brazil squad that won the South American Women's U-17 Championship.
She has a twin sister, Luiza Calazans, who is also a footballer.
Duda and Luiza started playing football when they were four years old on a court near their home in Cordovil, in Rio de Janeiro's North Zone.
Their father, Alexandre de Faria, was their first football coach and one of the biggest influences on their development in the sport.
The twins entered organized football through the Daminhas da Bola project in 2017.
Duda developed through the youth systems of Minas Brasília, Fluminense and São Paulo.
She won the Brazilian Women's U-18 Championship while playing for Fluminense's academy.
Duda was part of Brazil's South American Women's U-17 Championship-winning squad.
Before joining Juventude, she spent several seasons in São Paulo's youth setup and also made appearances for the club's senior team.
