Lotta Linnea Kalske is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a forward for AIK in Sweden’s top division, the Damallsvenskan and the youth Finland national team.
Lotta began her football career in the youth system of her local club, Espoon Palloseura (EPS).
Lotta has a twin sister, Nelli Kalske, who is also a professional footballer and plays as a defender.
AIK reportedly paid a significant transfer fee to HJK Helsinki to secure her services before her previous contract expired.
She made her professional debut in the Finnish top flight (Kansallinen Liiga) on April 16, 2023, for HJK and later won league and cup titles with the team.
Kalske made her European debut in the UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying rounds against Vålerenga in August 2025.
She identifies the move to AIK as a "perfect step" to challenge herself at the top level of Swedish football.
Kalske has been a frequent starter for the Finland U23 national team, recently featuring in matches against Denmark and Mexico in late 2025.
Lotta loves dogs.
