Thamires Nascimento da Conceição, better known as Buga, is a Brazilian footballer who plays primarily in defense and has also been used in midfield.

She celebrated helping Vitória win the 2025 Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino Série A2, earning promotion to Brazil's top division.

She is proudly natural with her Black hair. After being racially abused over her hair in 2021, Buga spoke about how proud she was to have embraced her natural Afro and her identity.

She has also played futsal. In 2019, Buga was brought into Faculdade Mauá's women's futsal side as an experienced player during the Copa Brasília de Futsal.
