Millie Bright joins Jordan Nobbs as the all-time record appearance holder in the WSL

The Chelsea captain equalled Jordan Nobbs (who is currently playing in WSL 2) as the record holder for the most WSL appearances in Saturday’s London derby.

• Bright made her WSL debut in 2011 for Doncaster Belles, playing 32 top-flight matches across three seasons before spending a year in the second tier.
• She joined Chelsea ahead of the 2015 season and has since added 168 WSL appearances across 11 years, the most by any Chelsea Women player.
• Chelsea she has since won seven WSL titles and has served as club captain since September 2023, after Magdalena Eriksson's transfer to Bayern.

• She recently retired from international football to focus more on Chelsea.
