Rosa Kafaji joined Arsenal last season from Swedish club Häcken with high expectations. However, she did not get the playing time she had hoped for during the season—she did not make the starting lineup once and also struggled with injuries. She will therefore spend the following season in Brighton, where she should gain the valuable experience she needs.

- Began her career at AIK Stockholm, debuting in 2019 at age 15, before moving to Häcken in 2022. Made her senior Sweden debut in 2023 and has earned 10 caps, scoring two goals.
