- Trained at 1. FC Slovácko and later starring for Sparta Prague, she has featured regularly in UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying campaigns over the past four seasons for both clubs - Sparta and Slovácko.
- Polášková is a recognized member of the Czech national team and has already scored in the Women’s Nations League on her debut in May.
