Aylín Ariana Aviléz Peña is a Mexican footballer who plays as a midfielder or forward. She has represented Mexico at youth and senior level.
She did not have a very positive relationship with football as a child before discovering she loved it while playing pickup games with her neighbors.
Her nickname is La Joya.
At 12, she moved to Tijuana on her own to train at the Centro de Formación Futbolística.
She has studied programming at university alongside her football career.
Her favorite series is Welcome to Wrexham.

One of the most emotional moments of her recent career came when a younger cousin told her she wanted to grow up to be like her and become a footballer too.
