Dorian Josey Bailey is an American professional football player who plays as a midfielder for Bay FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
She represented the U.S. at U-14 through U-23 levels and helped the U-17s win bronze at the 2013 CONCACAF Championship.
She was drafted 8th overall in the first round of the 2019 NWSL College Draft by the Washington Spirit.
She has a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina.
She also works as a private soccer trainer.
