Louise Grøndahl Wadstrøm is a Danish footballer who plays as a central midfielder. She has represented Denmark at youth international level, including one appearance for the Denmark U16 team.

Wadstrøm's football journey at Odense began in the club's youth system, where she played for Team Odense Q U18. She was listed in the side at 16 during the 2019 U18 Danish Championship campaign.

She was selected for Denmark's U17 squad for the 2019 European Championship qualifying matches.

Wadstrøm left Odense for Sweden in August 2025 after spending her entire senior career with the club up to that point.

Her first Swedish stop was Sunnanå SK in the Elitettan, where she played 14 matches and scored once during the 2025 season.

She then moved to IK Uppsala in January 2026, signing a two-year contract with the Swedish club.

Back in Odense, she returned to competitive action in the 2026–27 A-Liga season, appearing as a substitute in the club's opening two matches.
