Penelope Elizabeth Hocking is an American professional football player who plays as a forward for Bay FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
She became the all-time leading scorer in USC Trojans women's football history with 54 goals.
She and her fraternal twin sister Iliana were the first sisters drafted in the same NWSL Draft.
Their father, Denny Hocking, played Major League Baseball, and their grandmother coached youth football.
At the University of Southern California, Hocking majored in computer science.
She has a pregame ritual of taping her wrist with meaningful symbols, including “H5” for her family and “721” for her close college friend group.
Her first concert was Hillary Duff when she was 6 years old.
Her guilty pleasure meal is pizza.
Her favorite sports besides football are basketball, baseball and gymnastics.
She would like to learn to play the piano or guitar. She says she is mad with her parents for not putting her into music lessons as a child.
