Shae Holmes is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Seattle Reign FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).

Her uncle, Tom Brands, is an Olympic gold medalist in wrestling (1996) and current head coach at the University of Iowa.

She used to play the drums in her childhood.
