Sally Marie Menti is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Seattle Reign FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played college soccer for the Santa Clara Broncos, winning the 2020 national championship as a freshman.

She grew up in Seattle, Washington, and now plays professionally for her hometown club, Seattle Reign FC.
Despite missing the entire 2022 college season due to an ACL tear, she made a strong comeback, earning first-team All-WCC honors in both 2023 and 2024.
She led Santa Clara in assists for two straight seasons.
Sally trained with the U.S. under-23 national team in 2025, practicing alongside senior national team players.
She earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Communication and Media Studies from Santa Clara University.
She was part of the U.S. squad that won the 2022 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Championship.
Sally's sister, Anna Menti, plays soccer for the University of Washington, and her brother, Peyton, played men's soccer at the University of Redlands.
