Sofia Manner is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for AFC Toronto of the Northern Super League.
She made history by being the first player to transfer from Finland’s top football league (Kansallinen Liiga) to the NWSL.
Manner’s transfer to Orlando Pride included the highest transfer fee ever received by a team in Finland’s Kansallinen Liiga.
She was part of Finland's International School Sport Federation futsal team, which finished second in the world championships.
She has a bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Stone Brooks University.
She also got a master's degree in Communication & Digital Media from Lynn University.
She has two siblings.
