Thaís Helena da Silva is a Brazilian goalkeeper who has represented Brazil at youth and senior international level and has won the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores Femenina.
She began playing football through the Projeto Pedra Azul development project.
Before establishing herself as a goalkeeper, she played both field football and futsal during her early years.
Palmeiras signed her in 2004 after her development through youth football in São Paulo state.
She represented Brazil at the 2004 FIFA U-19 Women's World Championship in Thailand.
She was part of Brazil's squad that won the 2006 South American Women's U-20 Championship.
Thaís was called up for the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup, where Brazil finished as runners-up.
Her career has included spells in multiple countries, including Israel, where she played for ASA Tel Aviv.
She has played for a wide range of Brazilian clubs, including São José, Ferroviária, Grêmio, São Paulo, Ceará, Athletico Paranaense, América Mineiro, Atlético Mineiro and Mixto.
