Clémence Mairot is a French centre-back who plays for RC Strasbourg Alsace in the French women’s Première Ligue.
She was born in Besançon in eastern France, in the Doubs department, before moving through clubs further north in Alsace.
Before turning professional, she came through the youth teams of FC Vesoul.
In 2018 she joined the Pôle Espoir Féminin in Strasbourg, one of the regional elite centres for young players in France, combining schooling with high-level training in Alsace.
She earned promotion to the Première Ligue with Strasbourg in 2023-24.
