Elisa Polli is an Italian footballer who plays as a forward. She has represented Italy women's national football team at youth and senior international level.
She started playing football at the age of six with local club Sassoferrato Genga.
Before reaching professional football, she spent part of her youth development with Matelica Calcio.
She helped Jesina win the Italian Serie B title in the 2015–16 season.
Following Tavagnacco’s relegation, she joined Empoli in 2020 to remain in Italy’s top division.
Her first Italy youth-team call-up came in 2016 with the Italy U17 national team.
She later progressed through Italy’s U19 and U23 national-team pathways before reaching the senior squad.
Polli celebrated her 100th appearance for Inter by scoring in a victory over Fiorentina.
