Karólína Lea Vilhjálmsdóttir is an Icelandic footballer who plays as a midfielder. She has represented Iceland at youth and senior international level.

She represented every Iceland youth national team level before reaching the senior national team.
Karólína made her senior Iceland debut in June 2019 before turning 18.

Bayern Munich awarded her a contract extension in 2022 after her early development with the club.
Her maternal uncle is Icelandic footballer Gylfi Sigurðsson.
