Elísa Lana Sigurjónsdóttir is a Icelandic professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Kristianstads DFF in Sweden’s top division, the Damallsvenskan and the youth Iceland national team.
Elisa made her senior debut in the Icelandic Úrvalsdeild at the age of 14, appearing for FH in 2020.
She signed a contract with Kristianstads DFF on September 2, 2025, moving from the Icelandic club FH Hafnarfjörður.
Upon joining Kristianstads, she was immediately welcomed by fellow Icelandic teammates Alexandra Jóhannsdóttir and Guðný Árnadóttir, which she noted helped her "wonderful" transition to the squad.
She has represented Iceland at the U19 European Championship qualifiers, notably scoring against nations such as Lithuania and the Faroe Islands.
Before her move to Sweden, she had already accumulated over 60 appearances in the Icelandic top flight
