Hanna Ekengren is a Swedish footballer who plays as a forward for Kristianstads DFF in Sweden’s top division, the Damallsvenskan.
Her full name is Hanna Margit Ebba Ekengren.
Ekengren is a product of the Djurgårdens IF youth system and made her professional debut for the Stockholm-based club in 2019.
Ekengren expressed that a key factor in her move to Kristianstad was the ability to "preserve her life outside of football" while staying in the Skåne region.
She spent four seasons with Vittsjö GIK (2022–2025) before making the switch to their regional rivals, Kristianstads DFF, making almost 100 appearances for the club.
During the 2025 season, she recorded 6 goals and 7 assists in 25 league appearances, marking one of her most productive statistical years.
In 2019, she represented Sweden in the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship qualifiers, notably scoring three goals in a single match.
Hanna is a big animal lover. She has two cats that she runs an instagram account for and a dog.
