Jess Simpson is an English professional footballer, who plays as a defender for Women's Super League club Manchester United and the England under-19 team.
She began playing football aged just four when she was part of Little Kickers.
She progressed through Manchester United Academy.
“It’s been such a good journey here, starting from 11 years old with the Academy. It’s been my dream since being a little kid to play for Manchester United, and I’m living that dream now.”
She returned to United from Bristol City due to an ACL injury.
Her best friend is her teammate Safia Middleton-Patel.
She studied Sports Science in college.
She has became an ambassador for local charity Dan's Trust, which have helped to support her footballing dream. Dan's Trust is a charity that supports talented youngsters to live out their dreams through grants and donations.
