Katja Milena Skupień is a Polish footballer who plays as a right-back. She represents Poland at senior level after previously playing for the country’s Under-15, Under-16, Under-17, Under-19 and Under-23 teams.

Film became one of her strongest interests away from sport and inspired her to study Cultural Studies at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

As a child, she was part of the main cast of the Wodzisław Cultural Centre’s production of A Tale of Two Kingdoms.

Her childhood football idols included Manuel Neuer, Philipp Lahm, Arjen Robben and Ada Hegerberg.

One of her childhood ambitions was to play in the UEFA Women’s Champions League for Lyon or Paris Saint-Germain.

In 2017, she was part of the “Ale Cyrk!” school team that finished third in the artistic category of Poland’s national Destination Imagination Creativity Olympiad.
