Rachael Laws is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Women's Super League club Liverpool.
She became a goalkeeper unexpectedly at the age of 13 when her school team lacked a goalkeeper during a county match.
She got through trials at Sunderland AFC Centre of Excellence after only being a goalkeeper for a couple of years.
She mas her first team debut for Sunderland at only 14 years old.
In 2020/21 campaign in Women's Championship she broke the record of most clean sheets kept in a single season with 13 clean sheets in just 19 appearances. She was awarded with the Golden Glove for her achievement.
