Angelina Alonso Costantino, commonly known as Angelina, is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for National Women's Soccer League club Orlando Pride. Born in the United States, she has represented the Brazil national team internationally.

She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, to Brazilian parents.

She moved to Brazil when she was five years old.
She started playing football at six or seven years old with her brother and other boys at football school.
She began her career at Vasco da Gama at 12 years old, stayed for four years, then moved to Santos.
Even though her mom enrolled her in various sports, Angelina always knew she wanted to play football.
She tried judo, gymnastics, and swimming.
Her biggest challenge was overcoming an ACL injury.
She considers joining Brazil’s main national team her greatest career achievement.
She had a lot of support from her family. Her father and grandmother traveled from Rio to SĂŁo Paulo just to watch her play at Santos.
Initially, Angelina was only an alternate player for Brazil’s Olympic squad but ended up captaining the team at 2024 Paris Olympics when Marta was suspended.
She cites the legendary Brazilian player Marta and Formiga as a major inspiration and role models in her career.
She had bilingual upbringing, speaking both Portuguese and English at home.
Her mother is a psychologist and former pro surfer so she managed to provide unique emotional support during Angelina's career.
In the men's game, Angelina has looked up to Ronaldinho and Messi.
She likes to do yoga, weight training and surfing to prevent injuries and take care of her mental and physical health.
She used to be shy about taking photos or signing autographs, but eventually got used to it in the US.
She wants to inspire more Brazilian women through her story and give them hope, showing them that they can achieve what they want as long as they work hard.
