Jocelyn Marie Orejel Tavares is a Mexican footballer who plays as a defender. Born in the United States, she has represented Mexico at youth and senior level.

She majored in advertising and minored in Spanish at the University of Colorado, US.
She was the first-born child of immigrants and she was the first person in her family to attend college or do sports.
One of her most vivid childhood memories is playing with a toy kitchen and pretending to run a restaurant for her parents.
Her biggest role model is her mother, not a footballer. Orejel said the advice that stayed with her was to ignore outside noise and go after what she wanted because her mother would always support her.
She got married in 2025.
