Ximena Ríos is a Mexican proffesional footballer who plays as a defender. She represented Mexico on youth international level.
Ríos was born in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, the capital city of the Mexican state of Chiapas.
She made her professional debut for Club América at the age of 15 during the first-ever Liga MX Femenil tournament in July 2017.
She was a key member of the historic Mexico squad that finished as runners-up at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Uruguay.
Ríos was part of the Club América team that won the Apertura 2018 championship, the first league title in the club's history.
In January 2020, she was selected for the Liga MX Femenil "Ideal Eleven" for her performances during the second round of the Clausura tournament.
During her tenure at Cruz Azul, she recorded a career-high of 10 goals over two seasons, demonstrating significant attacking capability from the backline.
