Anna Aehling is a German footballer who plays as a defender for 1. FC Union Berlin in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
In January 2021 she moved to the United States to play for Indiana University — the Indiana Hoosiers (NCAA) on a scholarship and made 29 appearances for the Hoosiers in 2021.
Anna represented Germany at multiple youth levels (U15, U17, U19, U23).
